Description du poste
Pour contribuer à son développement et accompagner son équipe, Blue Twelve, studio Montpellierain de création de jeux vidéo, cherche son ou sa responsable des ressources humaines :
- Prendre en charge et superviser le processus de recrutement du studio : de la définition des postes en collaboration avec l’équipe de production, jusqu’aux entretiens en passant par la gestion des candidatures et la recherche de profils sur différentes sources.
- Participer à l’intégration, au développement, au suivi et au bien-être de tous les membres du studio : entretiens RH, bilans professionnels, santé mentale, plans de formation, etc.
- Être garant(e) du respect des dispositions légales et conventionnelles, veille juridique, règlement intérieur, etc.
- Gérer le disciplinaire (entretiens, courriers, ruptures conventionnelles)
- Prendre en charge les relations sociales dans l’entreprise (animation du CSE, calendrier social, gestion de la santé et de la sécurité au travail, DUERPS, …)
- Prendre en charge la gestion administrative quotidienne des membres de l’équipe (congés, mutuelle, tickets restaurant…)
Profil recherché
- 5 années ou plus d’expérience en Ressources Humaines généraliste
- Idéalement une expérience préalable de travail dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo
- Professionnalisme et rigueur doublés d’un sens irréprochable de la confidentialité
- Proactivité et force de proposition
- Maitrise de l’anglais
- Maitrise des outils de bureautiques
- Forte motivation pour rejoindre un environnement de travail dynamique dans un studio en plein développement

why did b12 had to die… the ending is not good, pls do a dlc where b12 survives and the cat is reunited with his family

The Can’t Cat-ch Me trophy is so stupid, and 100% misleading. The video shows it taking 57 seconds, while at 57 seconds you can’t even get 2/3 of the way through the streets, so either something has changed, or the video used cheats. With the way the system is currently setup and the RNG, there is no possible way to complete this trophy. Another wasted game.

My name is Alegra Hernandez and I am 8 years old and I live in Rochester Hill with my mom and dad.
I am a huge fan of your video Game stray. I would like to see in the future stray 2, and I have the next idea for it; I would like the cat to have some adventure with nature.
Also, he or she found a forest and find different cool adventures then.
He or she finds a big city with real people. But no dome and he or she
finds different stuff like the store. Then a girl adopts the cat and take care of
it then the cat got lost and the cat found a robot like B12 and B12 got fix when the cat saw him he try to get back to the girls house. Then they have a good time

My name is Tima Zalozhnykh and I am 6,5 years old.
I am a huge fan of your videogame Stray. I played with my dad. I ask you to do the second part, where the B12 robot will recover and they will travel with the cat through the Dead city again. I also really liked the dancing robots, they move coolly. Thank you for this game!

I bought this game this week and after playing it I am left with nothing but emotions. I will be waiting for the continuation of this wonderful and very amazing game!

We have 3 cats… 🙂 Stray is a great fun game – Many Thx! The ending is hopeful but oh so so sad…. 😦 Hope you will make a sequel where B12/Cat reunite and have a “find the family” adventure on the surface.
